  • The Lily’s Hope Foundation aids families with premature babies facing unexpected and urgent needs.
  • Care Packages, free to families with premature babies in the NICU or upon discharge, are provided based on availability and feasibility.
  • Services are not guaranteed, and Packages of Hope are customized to address specific family needs during this challenging time.
  • Limit of one Package of Hope per family to support a wider range of families across the country.
  • Unfortunately, packages cannot be shipped outside of the United States at this time.
