The Lily’s Hope Foundation aids families with premature babies facing unexpected and urgent needs.
Care Packages, free to families with premature babies in the NICU or upon discharge, are provided based on availability and feasibility.
Services are not guaranteed, and Packages of Hope are customized to address specific family needs during this challenging time.
Limit of one Package of Hope per family to support a wider range of families across the country.
Unfortunately, packages cannot be shipped outside of the United States at this time.
